It’s been more than 700 days since Virginia hoisted the 2019 National Championship trophy – and sportsbooks are eager to welcome bettors back to March Madness.
To do that, Indiana sportsbooks are serving up a bevy of March Madness betting promotions.
Each sportsbook is offering something different for arguably the year’s biggest betting event. It’s up to you where to put your bankroll and what books to target.
Spread the Love back on FanDuel
The easiest money you’ll make in March is on FanDuel.
The sportsbook is targeting the UCLA-Michigan State First Four game (9:57 p.m. Thursday, TBS), with the latest iteration of its Spread the Love promo.
For every 2,500 fans who bet on Michigan State’s line, FanDuel moves it one point in the Spartans’ favor – with no limit on how high it can rise.
As of Wednesday afternoon, the Spartans were at +93.5 with -110 odds. FanDuel has limited maximum bets to $50, which garners $45.45 in profit.
Importantly, each bettor gets the final line at tip-off, no matter when they placed their bet.
FanDuel is also giving bettors tournament parlay insurance.
This means that any three-plus leg parlay up to $25 will be refunded in site credit if just one leg loses.
DraftKings has multiple Indiana March Madness betting promotions
The best offer from Indiana’s most popular sportsbook is for new users.
So, this is a good time to take the leap if you are late to the game and looking to start betting sports.
DraftKings is allowing new users to bet $4 to win $256 on any underdog in the tournament’s first two rounds. For this promo, a lower-seeded team has to beat a higher-seeded team.
The process for new users is simple:
- Create an account by clicking the link below and deposit at least $5.
- Pick the underdog you’d like to boost and click “BOOST THIS TEAM”.
- Be sure the price has been boosted to +6400 and make your moneyline bet before tipoff.
If the underdog wins, you’ve got your tournament bankroll.
Offers for existing users
For existing users, DraftKings is offering 75+ point insurance in the first two rounds.
This means any pre-game moneyline bet up to $50 will be refunded as site credit if your team loses but scores 75 points or more.
Also available for round one is the March Mania Parlay Boost.
This gives bettors a 20% parlay boost on any 4-plus leg parlay. Each leg must be -500 or longer; max bets are $50.
William Hill targets some of Big Ten’s best
Fans of the Boilermakers can take advantage of the Star Stats promo at William Hill.
To do that, bettors need to place a pregame or point-spread wager of at least $50 on the No. 4 seed Purdue vs No. 11 seed North Texas game.
Win or lose, bettors will then receive a free bet equal to the points scored by Purdue’s leading scorer.
Purdue is -7.5-point favorites and -330 on the moneyline.
Even better than the Purdue deal, however, is what William Hill is offering for Friday’s No. 1 Illinois-No. 16 Drexel game.
William Hill is boosting Illinois to +100 on the moneyline to beat Drexel; the max bet is $25.
Considering a 16 seed has beaten a 1 seed just once – in 2018 when UMBC beat Virginia – it is a nearly guaranteed $25 win.
Promos aplenty on Indiana’s other books
The offers don’t end there.
BetRivers is offering daily Mystery Madness promos, so check in on the app to see what the new offer is each day.
BetMGM recently announced its Buzzer Beater Insurance. This gives bettors their stake back up to $20 if their team loses at the horn.
PointsBet, meanwhile, is allowing bettors to earn free bets in honor of Rip Hamilton’s 1999 championship with UConn.
For example, the Let It Rip promo, which includes the first two rounds, will give bettors a $50 free bet following the first $100 in wagers. Bet another $400 and get another $50 in free bets. Bet another $500 and get an additional $100 in free bets, and so on.
Depending on how much you wager on the tournament, you can get up to $1,999 in free bets on PointsBet.
The offers don’t stop there. Check in with your favorite local sportsbook to take advantage of the latest March Madness promotions for both new and existing users.
